“Deb’s Health Recipes”
1 Whole Zucchini (substitutes for butter and unhealthy oils, necessary for moisture)
1/4 cup of Stevia (granulated preferred)
1/4 cup of 100% Coco Powder
1/4 cup of Coconut Flower
1/4 cup of Egg Whites
Optional:
1/4 cup of sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 cup of nuts (almonds, cashews, exc.)
1/4 cup of powdered peanut butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, check periodically.
*if necessary add water, depending on thickness
